Studio Booking

Lumos Photo Studio (hereinafter referred to as “the Studio”) is owned by RAUNO LIIVAND PHOTOGRAPHY OÜ (registration code 14715702), located at Lääne tee 56, Pirita, Tallinn, Harju County, 12111. These terms and conditions apply to studio bookings.

The studio can be booked through an online calendar. When making a booking, you need to select a suitable date and time(s). To complete the order, you must fill in the required fields. The booking will then be added to the shopping cart as a product, and payment can be made through a bank link. The contract becomes effective, and the booking is considered confirmed, upon receipt of the payment to the Studio’s bank account. When booking the studio, the customer is required to pay 100% of the total cost for the reserved time through the online calendar. If the order is made on behalf of a company, an invoice can be requested.

By making the payment, the client confirms that they have read and understood the Studio’s terms and conditions and house rules.

The rental time of the studio starts according to the specified time in the order. Please arrive on time, as unused time will not be compensated. The studio rental time can only be extended if the studio is available after your session. If the photo session ends earlier than the booked time, the unused time will not be compensated.

The use of paper backdrops for full setups is subject to a fee of 13 EUR per meter. If the client has specific requests regarding paper backdrops, it should be communicated so that we can check the available color options and quantity. After the photo session, please inform us (booking@lumosphotostudio.com) about the amount of paper backdrop used.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The Studio uses the customer’s provided personal data (including name, phone number, address, email address, and bank details) only for order processing.

The Studio sends newsletters and offers to the customer’s email address only if the customer has expressed their desire to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their preference for receiving direct mail.

The customer can unsubscribe from receiving offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

Montonio Finance OÜ (registration code: 14557628) located at Kai 1, 10111 Tallinn, is the authorized data processor responsible for the Seller’s personal data.

Payment methods

On the Lumos Photo Studio website, studio time can be purchased through bank links in Estonian online banks, including Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, Citadele, Nordea, Danske, and various foreign banks.

For companies, if necessary, we can issue an invoice for payment by bank transfer (please contact us separately for this).

The client will receive a confirmation of the booking via email.

Rauno Liivand Photography OÜ is the data controller. Rauno Liivand Photography OÜ transfers the necessary personal data for processing payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.

All payment data, including payment link information, is mediated to the bank by Montonio Finance OÜ.

Cancellation of booking

If the photo session ends earlier than the booked time, the unused time will not be compensated. If the client wishes to change the booked time more than 48 hours before the photo shoot, the Studio offers a new time slot free of charge. If the booking is changed within less than 48 hours, the Studio offers a new session time for an additional fee of 50%. The client has the right to reschedule the booked time no later than 2 months ahead and no more frequently than once a month. If there is less than 24 hours left until the booking, the time cannot be changed.

Right to file a complaint

The Studio is responsible for any non-compliance or defects that were already present at the time of delivery. In the event of a defect, the client has the right to contact the Studio immediately by sending an email to booking@lumosphotostudio.com or calling +372 5382 3410.

If there are any defects for which the Studio is responsible, the Studio will promptly rectify the defects or offer a new booking time.

The Studio will respond to written complaints from the client within 7 days.

Dispute resolution

If the client has any complaints regarding the Studio, they should send them to booking@lumosphotostudio.com.

If the client and the Studio fail to resolve the dispute through mutual agreement, the client has the option to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the proceedings and the possibility to submit an application can be found here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the client and the Studio. The examination of the client’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.

The client may also submit a complaint to the European Union’s platform for online dispute resolution.
